I promise I'm not dead yet!

Hello all!

So here is a long overdue journal, to let you all know I'm still alive!  After Norwescon (which was a BLAST!  And a magnificent success as far as my artwork is concerned!) I was swept up into the planning of a Wedding in Wonderland for my dear friends Angi Sullins and Silas Toball - of Duirwaigh Studios - which culminated in a fantastical time this past weekend on Whidbey Island, in Washington State.

I also had the pleasure of meeting many other wonderful artists there, including the FABULOUS Nicole West, who is fantabulous and awesome and doesn't live nearly close enough to me!!  And the singularly spectacular Jena DellaGrottaglia who was charm galore, and helped fuel the laughter between us all that made my head hurt like a pounded watermelon in the morning!

And here's a pic of me at Norwescon with the one and only, Sir Vader.  I took very few pictures at the Con, but this photo op made me run my poor, tired, aching feet off til I could catch up with him and beg a photo.  



Now that I am back, my schedule is a veritable hurricane of activity as far as my artwork is concerned.  I am booked solid until winter with various and sundry projects, all of which I shall announce in good time here on dA.  It's exciting and overwhelming and I just hope that I can bring the goods to the table and make the people who are putting their trust in me, proud.
