Whitby Abbey, in Whitby - located on the Yorkshire Coast, Northern England.
Whitby Abbey dates back to the 700's, and was included in Bram Stoker's book 'Dracula'. One of England's most spectacular sights, especially taking into consideration that just a few hundred yards away is a sheer cliff dropping off to the sea - as well as a panoramic view of the ocean, and English countryside. I included this photo in a recent photomanipulation called Dracula: What Mina Saw - which quotes part of the book that mentions Whitby: [link] Editing: Cropped |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
