"...something started in my soul,
fever or forgotten wings,
and I made my own way,
deciphering
that fire,
and I wrote the first faint line,
faint, without substance, pure
nonsense,
pure wisdom
of someone who knows nothing,
and suddenly I saw
the heavens
unfastened...." - Pablo Neruda (my favorite poet)

:blackrose: As one striving to master my muse in the art of poetry, I must state that you have captured the very essence of how I feel in the way she looks so deeply immersed in her words, she is a true poet. The lanterns remind me of the dreams she is holding in her heart and as she writes of them they are set free. A definite fav. :blackrose:

Oh, how lovely. The slight bit of eastern influence and all the warm orange and pinks remind me a tad of the summer of love... Such a peaceful image.
