This is a photograph I took on my way home from my recent vacation on the Oregon Coast. About halfway home, there is a place alongside the Columbia River, where the Maryhill Museum is. It is an exact replica of what Stonehenge would look like if it were not in ruins. I have been to the real Stonehenge in England - and while it was much more of a thrill to see.... I wish it were located where *this* particular henge is. Right on a cliff overlooking the river, and wide sweeping hills of the gorge.
At any rate, I added some texture, and played with it a bit... and decided 'less is more' with this one. I just really like the feel of this one.
my parents live across the river form it and whenever i run home to see them i go across to see stone henge, its one of the best views of the gorge, nice job! love the texture.
