And now for something completely different.....
Last night, I went on a little photo-hunting trip with
- to the plateau prairieland that is in Central Washington. The bonus of living in the Cascade Mountain foothills, is that we are about 40 minutes away from alpine-like mountains, or wide open farmlands like you see in these pictures, depending on which way you drive.
We got up on the plateau just in time for the golden light of evening... and there were long stretches of time when all you would hear is the rustle of wheat in the wind.
I didn't want to flood my gallery with a bunch of pictures, but I loved how so many of them turned out... that I figured I would try a collage of them, in order to just give a feel for what the evening was like. Much fun was had.
